VAT is charged at the current rate of 20% and a full VAT invoice/receipt will be supplied with every purchase. VAT and any delivery charges are calculated and included in the final purchase price.
Deliveries
Free delivery on orders over £50.00
Orders over £50.00 are shipped FREE to mainland UK. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Island and The Channel Island deliveries will unfortunately attract a small surcharge per delivery. We can also ship to mainland Europe by prior arrangement. Please contact us prior to placing your order for deliveries to the above areas.
Orders under £50.00
Delivery on orders under £50.00 is charged at £9.99. This is for a Next Day service (for orders cleared before 2pm).
Heavy Item Surcharge
Due to the size and weight of some products, a small surcharge is sometimes payable. Heavy items will be identified in the product listing. Any adjustments to delivery charges will be calculated in your basket prior to checkout.
Delivery Times and Failed Deliveries
All deliveries are managed via third party couriers. Deliveries are normally delivered next working day, although this service is not guaranteed. Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday and do not include weekends, bank holidays or restricted times such as the Christmas period. A signature will be required for all deliveries. lore
Missing or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event of a missing or damaged item, or a problem with your order, please notify us within 48 hours. All goods leave us in perfect condition and should reach you in the same manner. Our couriers should not attempt to deliver damaged items – goods damaged in transit will be reported to us and replacements dispatched automatically. However, should you receive a damaged item please inform us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements to replace your product.
General Information
The following information applies to all deliveries:
- A contact telephone number will be required for delivery and must be included when placing your order
- All orders will require a signature upon delivery
- Orders processed by 2pm will be dispatched on the same day
- All orders for delivery outside of UK mainland must be pre-approved.
Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please let us know at your earliest convenience and a full refund will be issued. If goods have already left for delivery, then a carriage charge will be made and deducted from your processed refund.
Returns
All purchased items can be returned with the exclusion of any mixed paint colours or powders. Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of order and in original condition. A 25% restocking fee will be charged and the balance will be refunded.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed and made in the same format as the original payment. Refunds for orders placed via our online processing system are usually made within 3 – 5 working days. Any deductions (please see above) will be made and a full VAT Credit Note will be issued.
