Delivery

For all deliveries

  • A contact telephone number is required on all orders and must be used when placing your order.
  • All orders require a signature upon delivery.
  • Orders received by 2pm will be dispatched on the same working day.
  • Any potential orders for outside the UK mainland must have a pre-approved arrangement with us before ordering.

Free delivery on orders over £50*

All orders over £50 are shipped FREE (next day) within mainland UK via our couriers, however this does not include the following areas:
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands
These areas can be covered at an addition cost, please contact us to place your order for the above areas. We also ship to mainland Europe, please contact us for prices before placing your order.

Orders under £50

Delivery on all orders under £50 is charged at £9.99, this is for a Next Day day service, on most occasions goods will be delivered the next working day however this is not guaranteed.

Heavy Item Surcharge

Unfortunately due to the size and weight of a small amount of our products they do incur a small surcharge on delivery, any adjustments will be calculated in your basket for your viewing to ensure that there are no nasty surprises and this information will also be available on the item listings before you place your order.

Delivery Times & Attempts

All delivery times DO NOT include weekends, bank holidays or at restricted times such as Christmas, we are solely reliant upon our couriers and their working times. A Saturday delivery can be arranged at a surcharge – please ask for further details. A signature is required on ALL deliveries.

PLEASE NOTE, any failed deliveries due to the customer being unavailable/ absent from the address that is provided on checkout will incur an extra delivery charge of £8.50 including VAT. A new VAT invoice will be provided for this extra service and the item will be resent once this payment has cleared. This is very unlikely as we use all communication methods to ensure that arrangements can be made if necessary.
Any failed deliveries that are returned to us will be refunded minus the original carriage paid of £9.99 inclusive of VAT.

Missing or damaged items

Any issues regarding missing/damaged items must be taken up with us within 48 hours of receipt.

All goods leave us in good saleable condition and should reach you in the same manner, however if you do have any issues please do let us know as soon as possible. Our couriers should not attempt to deliver damaged goods, damages should be reported to us from them and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent, in the unlikely event that goods are damaged upon receipt please report this to us within 48 hours where we can log a claim and make the necessary requirements to replace your product.

Returns

We do offer a returns policy, strictly excluding any mixed paint colours or powders. Any other unwanted goods can be returned to us for a refund. Goods must reach us back within 14 days of the original order and in the same condition as they were sent. We do unfortunately have to charge a 25% restocking fee and the balance will be refunded accordingly and a receipt supplied for this.

Cancellation

All customers have the right to cancel any order, this must be done before goods are dispatched and at your earliest convenience would be appreciated. If goods have already left then a carriage charge will be charged and deducted from any refund that is processed. You can also cancel any purchase throughout the payment processing stage and no monies will be taken or charged until payment is completed.

Refunds

All refunds are processed in the same manner in which goods were paid for. If you have paid for goods through our online processing system your refund will be processed back to the credit card that was originally used, this normally takes 3-5 working days to process and reach your account. We do not process any refunds by cash and payments made via Cheque or Paypal will be refunded to whichever payment method was used respectively. Any deductions as mentioned above will be applied and a full VAT paid credit note will be supplied on all occasions.
